Ogaga Omole & Company is a medium-sized indigenous professional firm licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission in 1991 to carry out professional accountancy practice in Nigeria.
The firm is comprised of accounting licentiates with a varying background in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Computing, Taxation, Management, et cetera.
Although the firm is relatively young, it benefits from a combined professional experience of over 95 years across its partners and professionally qualified staff. This experience spans leading professional firms as well as industry and commerce, both within and outside Nigeria. These collective capabilities are consistently applied to deliver sound judgment, effective problem-solving, and high-quality professional service to our clients.

The firm is located in Lagos, the commercial capital of Nigeria from where extensive travelling is made to any part of the country where our services are required.

PARTNER'S PROFILE
Joel O. Omole MBA, M.CIoD, FCTI, FCA.
Joel Omole is a versatile consultant whose experience cuts across accounting, external audit, performance audit, taxation, and financial/management consulting in the private, public and development sectors, with over 30 years of professional practice experience in the Nigerian economy.
Joel has skills in audit and investigation, business plan development, business valuation, monitoring and evaluation, taxation, accounting system development as well as corporate and strategic planning. Consultancy assignments undertaken in the past include: strategic planning, financial tracking and performance audit review of MDAs, and due diligence of a mortgage bank in preparation for equity injection. Others include monitoring and reviewing FBOs involvement in routine distributions of Anti-Malaria Commodities (AMCs) at the community level in Anambra State; capacity building for the office of the auditor general for the federation on performance audit; system documentation of Chevron Nigeria Limited; accounting system development and working capital study for a major oil company in Nigeria.
Joel has his professional training with Shina Teluwo & Co. Chartered Accountants and D.O. Dafinone & Co. (now Howards Dafinone, Chartered Accountants) between 1986 and 1991. He has been the Managing Partner of the firm since inception to date. He also sat on the Board of Traina Limited and Newage Leasing Company Limited for 9 and 5 years respectively.
Joel holds an MBA from Delta State University, a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He was a member of the Board of the ICAN Insolvency and Corporate Reengineering Faculty, Member of the ICAN Professional Practice Monitoring Committee and the Board of the ICAN Corporate Reporting Faculty. Joel is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Directors, Nigeria.

Monday A. Esieboma, HND, ACTI, ACA
Mr. Esieboma is a holder of a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic as well as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has his professional training with D.O. Dafinone & Co. (now Howards Dafinone, Chartered Accountants). He resigned from D.O Dafinone to join Gemini Pharmaceuticals Limited as Group Internal Auditor. He left Gemini Pharmaceuticals Limited in 2012 to join Ogaga Omole & Co. as an Associate Partner.
MANAGEMENT STAFF
Akindele Shobowale, HND, ACTI, FCA
Mr. Shobowale is a holder of a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Lagos State Polytechnic. He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He joined the firm in 2017 as a Senior Manager.
